LP-WGS of HCC1143 breast cancer cells treated with Trametinib, BEZ235, or DMSO

HCC1143 triple negative breast cancer cells were treated with 1uM Trametinib, 1uM BEZ235, or 0.05% DMSO for 72hr, at which point total DNA was harvested. Replicate samples for each treatment type were entered into whole exome sequencing library prep (detailed in PRJNA419661), and as well were pooled and submitted for low pass whole genome sequencing, detailed here.
