资源简介:
<p style="text-align:justify">This dataset presents experimental results from an in vivo study on the reproductive consequences of chronic exposure of roosters (<em>Gallus gallus</em>) to MRL-compliant doses of tebuconazole, imidacloprid, and glyphosate, applied singly or in combination. The study comprised a six-week exposure phase and a four-week recovery phase. The dataset includes measurements of semen quality assessed by CASA and flow cytometry, reproductive performance indicators such as fertility, hatchability, and embryo mortality, splenic immune parameters, and pesticide residue levels in semen, blood, testes, liver, muscle, and feces. The results indicate that chronic low-dose exposure, especially under combined treatment conditions, adversely affects male reproductive performance and leads to persistent pesticide residues, even after the recovery period. The dataset provides a resource for further comparative and secondary analyses in reproductive toxicology, poultry science, and environmental risk assessment.</p>
