We report a gap-free telomere-to-telomere (T2T) reference genome of the broadly adapted Glycine max cultivar QH34, which exhibits high yield and oil content across diverse latitudes in China. The genome was assembled using PacBio HiFi and Nanopore long reads with Hi-C scaffolding, yielding a 1.04 Gb high-quality assembly that enables exploration of genetic mechanisms underlying key agronomic traits.
