Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The Official Real Estate Cadastral Information System (ALKIS®) is a product of the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). In the ALKIS, the previously separately managed data of the Automated Property Book (ALB) and the Automated Property Map (ALK point file, ALK floor plan file) are integrated into an information system. ALKIS is now the official property register information system. ALKIS is available in the form of WFS services and datasets in the download center of the HVBG (www.gds.hessen.de). - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0
