SATB1 Regulated Genes in Mouse Trophoblast Stem Cells

SATB homeobox proteins (SATB1 and SATB2) are global chromatin organizers and master regulators of gene expression. Disruption of both SATB1 and SATB2 expression affects the growth and development of the placenta and the embryo. This study investigated the gene regulatory function of SATB1 in mouse trophoblast stem (TS) cells established from day 3.5 blastocysts. We performed the genome wide expression analysis of wild type and Satb1 -/- TS cells.
