Lavandula angustifolia essential oil adulteration dataset

This dataset contains the raw files of GC analyses performed in the experiments: studies of adulteration of Lavandula angustifolia commercial samples (55 samples). GC-MS was performed for qualitative analysis. GC-FID analyses were performed in three variants: (1) on a type 5 column with internal standard- methyl octanoate - for quantitative purposes; (2) on a chiral column for studying the enantiomeric composition of main components, (3) on a wax column - according to Ph. Eur. monograph for a chromatographic profile of lavender essential oil. File names are self-explanatory: L01-L55 indicate sample number, A, B, C relate to analysis replicates.本数据集包含本实验中气相色谱（Gas Chromatography，GC）分析的原始文件，对应针对55份狭叶薰衣草（Lavandula angustifolia）商业样品的掺假研究实验。其中：气相色谱-质谱联用（Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry，GC-MS）用于定性分析；气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测（Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detection，GC-FID）分析采用三种模式开展： 1. 使用5型色谱柱，以辛酸甲酯作为内标，用于定量分析； 2. 使用手性色谱柱，用于研究主要成分的对映体组成； 3. 使用蜡型色谱柱，依照欧洲药典（Pharmacopoeia Europaea，Ph. Eur.）专论要求，获取薰衣草精油的色谱图谱。 文件名含义清晰直观：L01至L55代表样品编号，A、B、C代表分析重复样本。
