MALDI-FT-ICR-MS data for ZooMS analysis of Phasianidae remains from the Gungok-ri site, South Korea

This dataset contains raw MALDI-FT-ICR-MS data for the ZooMS analysis of Phasianidae remains from the Gungok-ri site. Methodological Notes: Collagen was extracted using a standard acid-insoluble protocol. Samples were demineralized in HCl and gelatinized at 65 ℃ in AmBic. Following gelatinization, samples were digested with trypsin. Peptides were purified using C18 ZipTips for MALDI-FT-ICR-MS analysis. Further proteomic data will be accessible via ProteomeXchange. File Description: 1. Sample List.xlsx Metadata for all specimens analyzed in this study, including sample IDs, period, element, and taxonomic information for both modern references and archaeological samples from the Gungok-ri site. 2. MALDI_Gungokri_samples.zip This file includes unprocessed .mzML spectra files for specimens from the Gungok-ri site, acquired via MALDI-FT-ICR-MS. 3. Gungokri_Sample_Spectra.zip This file contains visual representations (spectral images) of the Phasianidae specimens from the Gungok-ri site. 4. MALDI_modern_samples.zip This file includes raw .mzML spectra files for modern references specimens, acquired via MALDI-FT-ICR-MS. 5. Modern_Sample_Spectra.zip This file contains visual images for the modern reference speciemens.
