Fourteen observation bits for a fixed Boolean release protocol

For one frozen 56-rule Boolean model of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition and a fixed two-stage intervention, 14 additional observation bits are necessary and sufficient for the specified release guard to meet the safety, eventual-release and post-release requirements; the optimal 14-bit set is unique (checked by one ROBDD route). Includes the witnesses, saved UNSAT certificates, a certificate consumer and a separate ROBDD checker.
