In the framework of novel clinical approaches to preserve fertility of young women undergoing oncological therapies, our research focuses on the study of human ovarian tissues at the nanoscale. This proposal is the continuation of the beamtime LS-3190, successfully performed at ID16A beamline last semester. Relying on the valuable 3D information provided by X-ray nano-holotomography, this new project aims to study with sub-cellular detail human ovarian tissues subjected to transplantation in mice models following cryo-conservation procedures.
