资源简介:
File List Supplement_1_KGD.csv -- a .csv file containing species by site matrix under the original morphology-based species delimitations. Supplement_2_KGD.csv -- a .csv file containing the coordinates for each site in the UTM coordinate system. Supplement_3_KGD.csv -- a .csv file giving the raw soil data for each site. Supplement_4_KGD.csv -- a .csv file giving the genbank accession numbers for all specimens sequenced in this study. Supplement_5_KGD.csv -- a .csv file containing species by site matrix under the species delimitations, which were revised under the reciprocal illumination procedure. Check_Sum_Values_KGD.csv -- a .csv file listing the check sum values for download verification. Description All of Supplement files are comma-delimited text files that can be opened in R, Excel, or most data management software. These are the raw data used in all ecological analyses in the paper. Supplement_1_KGD.csv is a conventional site by species matrix where the rows represent sites, the columns represent species, and each cell is filled with the abundance of a given species at a given site. Supplement_2_KGD.csv is the raw geographic coordinates for each site, in the UTM coordinate system. This can be readily converted to latitude and longitude, if desired, using any number of free online servers. Supplement_3_KGD.csv gives the raw soil data for each site. The columns are explained below: Column 1 = This is the measured pH of each soil. Column 2 = This is the concentration, in parts per million, of nitrate nitrogen (NO3) in the soil. Column 3 = Same as in Column 2, but for Phosphorous. Column 4 = Same as in Column 2, but for Calcium. Column 5 = Same as in Column 2, but for Magnesium. Column 6 = Same as in Column 2, but for Potassium. Column 7 = Same as in Column 2, but for Sodium. Column 8 = Same as in Column 2, but for Manganese. Column 9 = Same as in Column 2, but for Copper. Column 10 = Same as in Column 2, but for Zinc. Column 11 = Same as in Column 2, but for Boron. Column 12 = This is the cation exchange capacity of the soil, given in miliequivalents per 100 g of soil. Column 13 = This is the Acidity of the soil, an index of the abundance of acidic cations (namely H+ and Al+) in the soil. Column 14 = This is the proportion of available cation binding sites in the soil that are occupied by base cations (generally nutrients). Column 15 = This is the proportion of available binding sites occupied by Calcium. Column 17 = Same as Column 15, but for Magnesium. Column 18 = Same as Column 15, but for Potassium. Column 19 = Same as Column 15, but for Sodium. Column 20 = Proportion of soil that is sand (particles > 0.063 mm in length) as determined by particle size distribution analysis. Column 21 = Proportion of soil that is silt (particles 0.002 mm in length) as determined by particle size distribution analysis. Column 22 = Proportion of soil that is clay (particles Supplement_ 4_KGD.csv gives the Genbank accession numbers for all sequenced specimens used in this study. The locality and habitat of the accessions is also given. Supplement_5_KGD.csv is the same as Supplement_1_KGD.csv, except that the species are defined as per the revised delimitations, after implementation of the reciprocal illumination procedure.
