Environmental DNA - Based Study on Fish Diversity in the Yarlung Zangbo River

This project conducts a study on fish diversity in the Yarlung Zangbo River based on environmental DNA technology. By collecting environmental samples from river sections, extracting and sequencing the environmental DNA therein, the species composition, distribution, and diversity of fish are analyzed, providing basic data for the protection and ecological research of fish resources in the Yarlung Zangbo River.
