Mechanical Current-Meter Calibration Raw Data and Processed Data with Different Methods of Calibration

The calibration data is collected in Current-Meter Calibration Laboratory in Technical Research and Quality Control Department, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works of Türkiye. Calibration data comprises measured set of cart velocities and rotation rates of the propeller of rotating element, which are collected according to ISO 3455.

Filenames of 25 Excel files represents the model and type of mechanical current-meter and the number of the propeller. Each of these 25 files involves raw calibration data, and the calibration equations found form conventional method (simple linear regression), screw method and piecewise linear regression method. Besides, the deviations from theoretical flow velocities (reference values) are also calculated in these files. The file named as ComparisonofMethods.xlsx involves analysed velocity errors and comparison of conventional, screw and piecewise linear regression methods.
