Redding Police Department Hate Crime Incidents Report 2022-2023

This dataset, provided by the Redding Police Department in response to a Public Records Act request, contains information on reported hate crime incidents. It includes data from both 2022 and 2023. Due to changes in state reporting requirements, the format for collecting hate crime data was altered during this period. As a result, the 2022 data was not initially available in spreadsheet form and was manually added to the dataset for consistency with the 2023 data. The dataset includes information on the nature of the hate crime incidents and relevant demographic details of the involved parties. It is formatted in Excel.
