RNA-Seq of samples from five wild mouse families of M. m. domesticus from Germany. null

Illumina RNA-Seq data were collected from outbred individuals of five families of M. m. domesticus from Germany. For each family, there are ten individuals from three generations: two from the first generation, and four from each of the second and third generations. We included three organs for each individual: brain (Bra), kidney (Kid), and liver (Liv). All organs were always retrieved from the same individuals, allowing expression comparisons between organs within each individual. Besides, for five brain samples, we generated technical replicates (including "rep" in the read file names). Details can be found in the annotation of each sample and the manuscript.
