Integration of genomic and cytogenetic data on tandem DNAs for analyzing the genome diversity within the genus Hedysarum L.

In order to clarify the species relationships within the sect. Multicaulia, we performed a comparative characterization of repeatomes of Hedysarum grandiflorum, H. zundukii Peschkova, and H. dahuricum which includes next-generation sequencing (NGS).DNA sequencing was performed at the Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI) (Shenzhen, Guangdong, China).
