Proteomic Expression for Ischemic Stroke Patients

This dataset includes the proteomic expression from 141 ischemic stroke patients undergoing mechanical thrombectomy for an emergent large vessel occlusion. Blood samples were collected at the time of mechanical thrombectomy, and proteins were measured using Olink's proximity extension assay technology. There are 141 proteins that were measured both proximal (e.g., "<i>_</i>p<i>") and distal (</i>e.g., "_d") to the clot.
