Digital Archive from Level 2/3 Historic Building Recording at Bubnell Cliff Farm, Baslow, Derbyshire, August 2022

This collection comprises images and drawings from a Level 2/3 Historic Building Recording of a barn at Bubnell Cliff Farm, Baslow, Derbyshire. The work was carried out by TJC Heritage Ltd in August 2022. The Level 2/3 survey includes a full photographic record of the barn and its setting and a drawn record, with measured plans and elevations.

The barn dates to between 1847 and 1879 as part of the redevelopment of Bubnell Cliff farm when it expanded from a single rectangular building, likely to have comprised a house and barn, to a courtyard farm. The building comprises several phases of work including a central infill. There have been extensive changes to the arrangement of doors and windows, particularly at the western end of the building, and a new double door inserted into the eastern end.
