This repository contains the supplementary materials accompanying the manuscript “Understanding the barriers and facilitators for designing a sustainable population-based cancer registry national network in Mexico, 2026”. It includes the original Spanish versions of the Round 1 and Round 2 Delphi questionnaires, as administered to participants, and supplementary tables presenting item-level summary statistics from Round 1, including weighted scores, ranking frequencies, and measures of dispersion used in the prioritization process.本数据集仓库包含随附于研究论文《2026年墨西哥可持续基于人群的癌症登记国家网络构建的阻碍与促进因素分析》的补充材料。其内容包括面向研究参与者发放的第一轮、第二轮德尔菲（Delphi）问卷的原始西班牙语版本，以及呈现第一轮调查条目层面汇总统计量的补充表格，其中涵盖优先级排序流程中所用的加权得分、排序频率与离散程度测度指标。
