To reveal the role of RNA methylation modification m6A in aging, we used wild type, Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS) and Werner syndrome (WS) human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) in this object to perform Me-RIP sequencing and compared the difference between wild tpye and prematurely hMSC groups, and found their specific change regions and the downstream targets.
