Fungicide resistance gene in Corynespora cassiicola

Soybean target spot, caused by the fungus Corynespora cassiicola is controlled by different management strategies, including the use of fungicide application. However, excessive fungicide application on soybean have contributed to the development of less sensitivity fungi populations. Here, we sequenced the cytb and b-tubulin target genes in 59 C. cassiicola samples.
