Cell-free DNA sequencing data of healthy control, atrophic gastritis, and gastric cancer patients’ blood

In this study, cell-free DNA sequencing is performed to obtain a personalized genetic profile of cell-free DNA during the course of gastric cancer. The study involves control, premalignant (atrophic gastritis), and malignant gastric cancer cases. Detected variant alleles and determined fractions during the course of a disease, will show the possible application of cfDNA as a minimally-invasive biomarker for not only early GC diagnostics but also for GC disease state monitoring.EGA study EGAS00001007308
