Information on the results of privatisation of state-owned property

Privatisation of the public property is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law no.121-XVI of 04 May 2007 on the administration and de-satisation of public property, Government Decision no.945 of 20 August 2007 and the normative acts appropriate to the privatisation arrangements. The informative announcements on the privatisation process are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
