"This dataset is designed for evaluating and stress-testing task scheduling, routing, and resource allocation algorithms in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Earth Observation (EO) satellite networks. Generated using the SGP4 physical orbital model (via the Skyfield library), it simulates a multi-plane satellite constellation interacting with a global network of ground stations. Its core feature is a \"Fixed Injection Window\" burst-traffic strategy: all observation tasks arrive within the first 6 hours of a 24-hour simulation, featuring tight deadlines and high data volumes. This artificially induces severe network congestion, forcing researchers to optimize for Maximum Completion Time (Makespan \/ CmaxCmax\u200b) and Task Completion Rate (TCR) under extreme resource contention."
