Interactions of Clostridium perfringens with gut commensal strains

This project contains whole genome sequencing data of Clostridium perfringens C36 wildtype and a plc deletion strain. Further, synthetic communities of human gut bacteria were cultured in a multiple-bioreactor system in mGAM medium for several days either in batch or continuous mode. The bioreactor metagenomes were analyzed via 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
