Detection of camptothecin induced cell death in U20s cells

In experiment "Detection of camptothecin induced cell death in u20s cells" (Live), multiwell chambers of U20S were observed using a Nikon Ti inverted epifluorescent microscope. Specific dyes were Hoechst33342; PI. The resulting dataset consists of 4 ND2 files, total 61G在「喜树碱（camptothecin）诱导U2OS细胞死亡检测」（活细胞成像）实验中，使用尼康（Nikon）Ti倒置落射荧光显微镜对U2OS细胞的多室培养板进行观测。所用特异性荧光染料为Hoechst33342与碘化丙啶（PI）。本数据集共包含4个ND2格式文件，总容量为61吉字节（G）。
