2023 Service Business Plans - An Engaging City

Service Business Plans include how much money is invested into each service, the scope of the service area and the service delivery expectations, annual objectives, initiatives and how effectively and efficiently we have delivered each service. The goal is to ensure that the community is getting the best value and service for their municipal tax dollars. There are 37 service areas in the City of Burlington, these include enabling and governing services as well as the services delivered directly to the community and customers. Service areas are aligned to the City’s Vision 2040 strategic priority areas – A City that Grows, A City that Moves, An Engaging City, A Safe City and A Healthy and Greener City.
