Data and code for project evaluating lake trout recovery in Lake Champlain. Dataset includes a combined data file with capture, age, and genotype information for individual fish as well as two scripts that perform that analyses presented in the published manuscript.本数据集及配套代码服务于尚普兰湖（Lake Champlain）湖鳟（lake trout）种群恢复评估项目。数据集包含一份整合了单尾鱼类捕获信息、年龄数据与基因型信息的合并数据文件，同时附带两份可执行已发表论文中所述分析流程的脚本。
