Integrated Multi-Omics Analyses Revealed Flavonoid Metabolicnetworks underlying Stamen Development in Tree Peony (Paeonia Suffruticosa) 'High Noon'

Stamen development is a critical process for plant reproduction and floral ornamentation. However, the metabolic networks underlying this process in woody peonies remain largely unexplored. Here, we conducted an integrated metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis to unravel the dynamic changes and regulatory networks during stamen development in the tree peony Paeonia suffruticosa 'High Noon'. Thus, we submit these RNA sequence data here.
