Dataset and Supplementary Materials for: Implementation Gap in Education Reform

This dataset supports a mixed-method study examining the implementation gap in education reform using SEM-PLS analysis. The dataset consists of 371 respondents, including teachers, school leaders, and policy implementers across diverse geographic regions in Indonesia. It includes four latent constructs: Policy Design Quality (PDQ), Implementation Fidelity (IF), Digital Readiness (DR), and Student Outcomes (SO), measured using Likert-scale indicators. The dataset is anonymized and provided for research transparency and reproducibility.
