Rating data of exp1 and 2

As a dependent variable, participants were asked to rate their trust in the agent. In addition, to compare their impressions of the agents, we also included the question items “The guide agent behaved intelligently” and “The guide agent behaved like a person.”  To capture the overall impression of the experience, we also included the question item, “I was satisfied with this guided experience.” To check whether there were differences between the conditions with and without user operation in terms of how appropriately the application worked for the participants, participants were asked if they found the application easy to operate. In addition, we asked the participants whether they were able to understand the content of the guides and announcements. Further, to check whether they were able to capture the degree of adaptation to the environment, we included the question items “The guide agent understood the environment” and “The guide agent understood the situation.” After participants had experienced one condition, they evaluated their impressions of the experience. The evaluation was using the questionnaire about the guide agent experience. They were asked to rate each statement on a five-point scale: “strongly agree,” “somewhat agree,” “neither agree nor disagree,” “somewhat disagree,” and “strongly disagree.” In addition, they were also asked about the guide and announcement content and asked to select from four options.
