RNA-seq of miR-375 overexpression in prostate cancer cells

Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most frequently diagnosed malignancy in men worldwide. miRNAs play nonnegligible function in PCa progression. Although several groups studied the effect of miR-375 on PCa phenotypes, some controversial findings emerged. Here, we seek to explore the effect of miR-375 on transcriptome profile in both AR+ LNCaP and AR- PC3 cells via RNA-seq. Overall design: miR-375 overexpression versus control in two prostate cancer cell lines, two replicates for each group.
