Fault-injection campaign on SMAesH: 1,000-key correct/faulty AES-128 ciphertext pair set

11,118,412 effective correct/faulty AES-128 ciphertext pairs collected from the public SMAesH first-order masked AES-128 core on a NewAE CW305 board (Artix-7 XC7A100T), faulted with a ChipWhisperer Husky using a high-power crowbar on VCCINT. Faults are injected at an uncontrolled point in time: the glitch offset is drawn uniformly from a window covering the whole encryption, so no round, byte or operation is targeted. 1,000 independently generated master keys, 18,049,280 trials in total, of which 61.60 % changed the ciphertext. The set ships both as the raw collection log (pairs.csv.gz) and as a binary cache of the effective pairs (pairs_cache.npz, 411 MB) that the analysis code reads directly.
