農林山村土地崩塌潛勢分析與風險評估 Landslide Susceptibility Analysis and Risk Evaluation on Mountain Village Land for Forestry and Agriculture

本研究105年選擇包含日月潭的水里集水區為試驗地範圍,以2004年至2015為時間尺 度,選擇6期時期福衛二號衛星遙測、1期法國Pléiades衛星影像,應用影像分割技 術之半自動崩裸地萃取程序完成7個時期試驗區域的崩塌地調查。此外從政府開放資 料申請及下載與崩塌地有關土地利用調查、數值地形、氣象及災害等的地理資訊圖 層。應用地理空間分析技術,完成試區的崩塌地變遷分析及熱點分析。應用不安定 指數統計分析方法,選出地形租糙度分級圖、坡度分級圖、山坡地土壤分類圖、 NDVI分級圖、五萬分一地質分類圖,以及平均降雨量分級圖,共6個指標,計算個別 指標的權重;以各指標分級或分類的不安定評分分數,求得水里溪集水區崩塌潛勢 機率圖,將水里溪集水區崩塌潛勢機率圖分成低、中低、中、中高、高5級,其中處 在第5級區位的崩塌發生機率值大於0.5以上,必須加以注意。本崩塌潛勢分級圖 ,可供後續結合各種土地利用型圖、社會經濟地理資訊,評估崩塌風險之用。 In 2016 this project had selected the Shu-Lee watershed as experimental area. The following objectives of this project were reached: (1) Integrate multiple scale and temporal Formosa Satellite II remote-sensed images and geographicthematic layers to build the geographic information spatial data base for landslide change analysis and locating hot spots of landslides during 2004 to 2015. (2) Apply imagine segmentation technique and geospatial analysis methods to extract landslide areas from 2004 to 2015 to understand the dynamic change of landslide area.(3) Make the landslide susceptibility map with Instability Index statistical approaches for the Shu-Lee watershed. The the landslide susceptibility map from this project in 2016 will be favorable for the village natural disaster warning and providing the thematic layer for other sub-projects to use.
