Comparative dual-platform metabolomic dataset of commercial Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) and Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane) extracts
收藏资源简介:
Processed metabolomic dataset underlying the comparative characterization of two commercial aqueous medicinal-mushroom extracts, Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) and Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane). Polar/ionic metabolites were profiled by capillary electrophoresis Fourier-transform mass spectrometry (CE-FTMS) and lipophilic metabolites by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) at Human Metabolome Technologies, Inc. (HMT), an accredited analytical laboratory. 8,742 molecular features were detected; 4,305 carried putative metabolite annotations (1,469 characterized in depth and released here) and were mapped to KEGG pathways, with 4,437 features unmatched to any database entry and reported as unidentified. The archive contains the processed compound inventory (name, annotation, pathway, higher-in-species, relative abundance), the uncharacterized-feature table, and a README. Annotations are predominantly putative (MSI level 2-3, accurate-mass based); abundances are semiquantitative except a subset of absolutely quantified primary metabolites. Single commercial batch per species: values are descriptive, not inferential. Methods and limitations are described in the accompanying preprint (related identifier below).
