This file contains Clinical Characteristics, microRNAs raw UMI Reads and microRNAs CPM filtered Reads of plasma of 28 healthy (non diabetic) patients. This Dataset relates to Star Protocols paper: "Protocol to analyze circulating small non-coding RNAs by high-throughput RNA sequencing from human plasma samples".本数据文件包含28名健康（非糖尿病）受试者血浆的临床特征数据、微小RNA（microRNAs）原始UMI读段数据，以及经CPM（每百万读段计数）标准化过滤的微小RNA读段数据。本数据集关联发表于《Star Protocols》的论文：《基于人类血浆样本高通量RNA测序分析循环小型非编码RNA的实验方案》。
