This archive contains the Python source code and discovery results for the Phase-Gated Order-2 Autoregressive (PAR(2)) model. The code reproduces the key finding that the Ccnd1 (Cyclin D1) renewal hazard is significantly phase-gated by the Per2 circadian clock (P-values: 0.0012, 0.0048). The underlying AR(2) structure is confirmed to capture the Fibonacci-based geometry of the crypt.
