GCIP/GIST: ABRFC Stage III Precipitation Images. Version 1.0

This dataset contains GIF images of daily precipitation in the Arkansas - Red River Basin. These images were derived from WSR-88D radar data and in situ measurements by the Arkansas - Red River Basin River Forecast Center (RFC) of NOAA's National Weather Service.本数据集包含阿肯色-红河盆地（Arkansas-Red River Basin）的逐日降水GIF图像。此类图像源自美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA）国家气象局下属的阿肯色-红河盆地河流预报中心（RFC）所使用的WSR-88D雷达数据与原位实测数据。
