Transcriptomic sequencing of three populations for host transfer experiments in Tetranychus truncatus

Three populations of Tetranychus truncatus from Dingxi (DX), Jiangsu (JS), and Xinjiang (XJ) in China were maintained on common beans for at least 25 generations. These populations were previously utilized in Project PRJNA930313 but were subjected to an additional year of rearing on beans. In this project, newly emerged virgin mites from these populations were transferred from beans to beans, cotton, or cucumber and allowed to feed for 24 hours before RNA isolation.
