Raw Data (Intron-derived small RNAs for silencing viral RNAs in mosquito cells)

Excel file contains the raw data (firefly and Renilla luciferase ratios or nanoluciferase and firefly luciferase ratios) that was analysed for each experiment.Each data set has three independent transfections.Graphs were produced with GraphPad Prism v.9.In the experiments using CHIKVLuc and LucCHIKV, firefly luciferase (Fluc) activity was normalised against Renilla luciferase activity to correct for transfection efficiency in each well (FF/RL). In the experiments with the CHIKVRep split replication system, the nanoluciferase activity was normalized against Fluc activity (NL/FF). The FF/RL or NL/FF ratios were analysed with R (version 4.0.2).
