A spatiotemporal analysis of the microbial community on the surface of public places in urban areas of Xi'an

Representative China public locations within the selected Xi'an public places were sampled across four seasons, from April 2023 to April 2024. The sampling sites were included in the study: the Xi'an Bell Tower Subway Station, the Zhuque Agricultural and Sideline Products Logistics Center, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the Teaching Building of Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Xi'an Light Industry Wholesale Market, and Xi'an Huimin Square tourist attractions.
