The Swiss electricity balance - annual figures provide information on the production, import/export and consumption of electricity in Switzerland on an annual basis. The consumption of the storage pumps and the network losses are also reported. The annual electricity balance is compiled within the framework of the electricity statistics and the overall energy statistics, which are part of the public statistics of Switzerland (legal basis: BStatG).
