This dataset contains the original source data supporting the Cell Reports manuscript entitled "Promoter Variation of COG5 Underlies Subspecies Divergence in Rice Chilling Tolerance". The dataset consists of a single PDF file containing all original EMSA images and uncropped western blot images corresponding to the figures presented in the manuscript.
