IGF Report (Regulated Professions) | Comments of the Chambre des Notaires de Paris on the Notariat section

In the summer of 2014, the notariat carried out an in-depth analysis of the report of the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) on regulated professions, in its section concerning the profession. This analysis led him to draft a complete dossier of precise answers to the findings and proposals of the General Inspectorate of Finance. This contribution by the notariat seeks to restore the reality of the tasks carried out by notaries and their offices and to demonstrate that the IGF document, which is largely imprecise and inaccurate, cannot serve as a basis for reforming the profession, its organisation, its tariff and its field of intervention.
