The goal of this study is to find mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) regulated genes in Xenopus tadpole tails. Wild-type tadpole tail tips were treated with 150nM RU486 and 100 nM CORT (Corticosterone) + 150 nM RU486 to get differentially expressed genes regulated by MR.
