<p>This Feature Layer is generated automatically by a Python notebook pulling data from the Environment Agency Flood Monitoring API every 60 mins.</p>
A warning may be at one of four possible severity levels:
<ol>
<li><b>Severe flood warning</b> (severe flooding, danger to life)</li>
<li><b>Flood warning</b> (flooding expected, immediate action required)</li>
<li><b>Flood alert</b> (flooding is possible, be prepared)</li>
<li><b>Warning no longer in force</b></li>
</ol>
<p>This layer is currently publicly accessible to fulfil British Red Cross' operational requirements.
