PCA input. cqn normalized and log2 transformed counts

Tab-delimited text file containing the cqn normalized and log2 transformed gene expression counts (using the conditional quantile normalization method) for 14,289 genes in 13 virginia opossum individuals. This normalized-transformed counts were used as input for the principal component analysis (PCA).本数据集为制表符分隔文本文件，收录了13只弗吉尼亚负鼠（Virginia opossum）个体中14289个基因的基因表达计数，所有计数均采用条件分位数归一化（conditional quantile normalization，CQN）方法进行归一化处理并完成log2转换。经上述归一化与转换后的计数数据，被用作主成分分析（principal component analysis，PCA）的输入数据。
