Maps of the cold neutral medium (CNM) fraction (f_CNM) and the correction to optically-thin HI column density for HI optical depth (R_HI) generated by the CNN, for the Northern and Southern skies at high Galactic latitude (|b|>30) within the Arecibo field of view (RA 0-360 deg, Dec 0.5-38 deg) using the GALFA-HI survey. Map uncertainties are included, and considered as lower limits (see paper for details). Two formats are provided: zenith-equal-area (ZEA) projection (*_zea.fits), and HEALPix format (*_hpx.fits).
