In staphylococci, CRISPR/Cas system limits horizontal gene transfers. However, only a few CRISPR/Cas systems have been reported in S. aureus to date, which seriously limited the study on CRISPR/Cas system in the pathogen. In the current study, we identified 6 novel CRISPR/Cas -containing clinical isolates.This is genome sequencing of CRISPR/Cas Containing Clinical Staphylococcus aureus Isolates SH2.
