Series 3A: Multiple stressor experiments on T. pseudonana (CCMP1014) - Chlorophyll, particulate organic carbon and particulate organic nitrogen.

<p>The experiments were designed to test the combined effects of CO2, temperatures, and light on growth and photophysiology of the diatom T. pseudonana CCMP1014 in a multifactorial design. This dataset contains measurements of extracted chlorophyll, particulate organic carbon (POC), and particulate organic nitrogen (PON) made over the course of the experiments.</p>本实验采用多因素实验设计，旨在探究二氧化碳（CO₂）、温度与光照的联合作用对硅藻假微型海链藻（Thalassiosira pseudonana，缩写T. pseudonana）CCMP1014的生长及光生理特性的影响。本数据集包含实验全程中测定的提取叶绿素、颗粒有机碳（POC）以及颗粒有机氮（PON）的相关数据。
