Transcriptional profiling of exopolysaccharide biosynthesis and stress response in Rhizobium leguminosarum TA1 using RNA-seq

This study aimed to determine the transcriptional profile of Rhizobium leguminosarum sv. trifolii TA1 (RtTA1) under diverse conditions using RNA-seq. The goal was to verify the existence of a rhizobial EPS-ome regulon, including exopolysaccharide biosynthesis genes and other genes associated with cellular processes and metabolism.
